I’m Marie Hick, a registered Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates teacher. I spent over 20 years in the corporate world and I ended up feeling just tired and old…… by taking small, positive steps each day, I feel better in my 40’s than I did in my 30’s.


My mission is to support busy, women in their 40’s and 50’s to be their best and healthiest selves every day. Together we create a whole body wellness plan that works with their lifestyle – making the healthy action, the easy option.

Using my nutritional qualifications which include specialisms for exercise and pre and postnatal clients I will help you develop a positive approach to food. Whether you want to lose weight, have more energy, or improve your diet, I will focus on what you put in rather than what you take out – so you never feel deprived and can enjoy eating healthily throughout your life. I aim to support people from all walks of life so can tailor a programme to meet your specific requirements.

I offer personal training, Pilates classes and exercise programmes across Hertfordshire and online. Whether you join as part of an online programme, decide to take up one-to-one personal training or join a pilates group you will receive personal attention and encouragement designed around your level of fitness and ability. I also provide specialist support for people with chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, low back pain and cardiovascular problems.

I believe that wellbeing is about putting yourself first, so that you can live a better life. To feel the best you can possibly can, it’s essential to take a holistic approach to living a healthy life, both physically and mentally. So, as well as a bespoke nutrition and exercise programme, I offer tools and techniques to promote wellbeing and help you deal with a range of challenges, such as disrupted sleep, anxiety and stress.
